Terms of Service
Effective date: April 5, 2026. These Terms govern use of thundergamevista.com and related apps/services (the “Service”).
1) Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account.
2) Social Casino; Entertainment Only
The Service offers simulated casino-style games for entertainment only. No real-money gambling is offered or permitted. You cannot wager, win, or withdraw real money through the Service.
3) Virtual Currency; No Monetary Value
Any virtual coins/credits/tokens (“Virtual Currency”) are licensed for gameplay use only, have no cash value, are not legal tender, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money, property, or anything of real-world value. The Service does not award prizes of real-world value.
4) Optional In‑App Purchases
You may optionally buy Virtual Currency or items for entertainment. Purchases are processed by your app store/platform; their terms and billing controls apply. Except as required by law or platform policy, purchases are final and non-refundable, and Virtual Currency balances are not refundable. We may change offerings and prices at any time.
5) Prohibited Conduct
Do not: (a) cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or circumvent security; (b) harass or harm others; (c) access the Service unlawfully or interfere with operations; (d) attempt to sell, transfer, or trade accounts/Virtual Currency; (e) copy, reverse engineer, or scrape the Service except where legally permitted.
6) Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, content, trademarks, and game mechanics, is owned by or licensed to Thunder Game Vista LLC. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for lawful entertainment.
7) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, the license ends and Virtual Currency may be forfeited as permitted by law.
8) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
9) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THUNDER GAME VISTA LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST DATA/PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $50 IF NONE), EXCEPT WHERE LAW PROHIBITS SUCH LIMITS.
10) Disputes; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
If you have a dispute, contact us first. If unresolved, you and we agree to binding individual arbitration under the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act, and waive the right to a judge or jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us with “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your account identifier. This section does not prevent either party from seeking small-claims relief if eligible.
11) Governing Law; Changes
These Terms are governed by Nevada law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies. We may update these Terms; continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
